Do you like your juicy steaks titanic thick or tastefully thin? No problem! We have a cut to order steak selection of our best meats, expertly cut by our butchers. This means that thick and thin Wagyu steak lovers can get what they want. We try to accommodate most preferences, so you can get steaks in a variety of thicknesses. Since beef cutting is not an exact science and cuts of beef are irregular (some taper off on the ends, some are rounded, etc.), not all steaks will be cut exactly the same, but will be as close to the thickness requested as possible.
