Our most tender and luxurious cut of beef yet! This Kobe-style, all-natural MS9 Australian Wagyu Tenderloin is a luscious meat experience, the richest, most indulgent steak you’ve ever tasted. From the Greg Norman Signature Wagyu line, this comes from a heritage breed that has been raised using a special Japanese formulation of grains - emulating how the famous Kobe beef from Japan is produced.
Graded Marble Score 9 on the Wagyu beef scale (which goes from 1 to 12), this is Tenderloin as soft as a stick of butter, riddled with mouthwatering amounts of marbling, those tendrils of creamy intramuscular fat that makes Wagyu so prized. Marbling makes the meat richer and beefier, smoother and melt-in-your-mouth tender. Be warned! MS9 Australian Wagyu Tenderloin becomes opulent, almost overwhelmingly in its richness at this level, so you should enjoy this in small portions – this is not meant for a huge steak. We suggest splitting a 1 ¼ or 1 ½-inch steak between two people, trust us, you won’t go hungry!
Grilling advice: the superb, extra juicy fat marbling on Wagyu Steaks will melt over the grill, so watch out for flare-ups.
Cutting details: you have the option of choosing the thickness of your Wagyu steaks but please note that not all steaks will be exactly the same size, and some steaks will be cut a bit thicker or a bit thinner. This is due to the uneven shape of whole meat muscles, but we’ll try to keep it as close to what you requested as is possible. If there are any trimmings left over after the cutting process, of course those will be included as well.
