At Steaks and Game we source our Wapiti X and Cervena Wapiti X Elk from family-owned farms in New Zealand. Our elk chops, medallions, steaks, and other elk meats come from animals that are always naturally raised and never given hormones, antibiotics or steroids, and they’re fed a diet of grass and allowed to roam freely.
