Airline Chicken Breasts are the preferred presentation of chefs and restaurants - with the wing joint attached, which makes for an elegant presentation and results in juicier meat as the bones allow for the fattier sections of meat to cook more evenly. Allow for a bit of additional time for cooking due to the extra mass of the airline chicken breast.
