Our flavorful wild boar bacon is made from truly wild boar trapped (humanely) outside of San Antonio, Texas. This is bacon, turbocharged with flavor. The feral pigs are never hunted, therefore they never develop that gamey taste that other game can have. Rather, the flavor is bold, yet sweet, earthy and nutty from the tubers, grasses, nuts and roots that the animals eat when they forage. Wild boar bacon is also much leaner than regular pork, with no sacrifice on flavor.
Buy pre-sliced wild boar bacon, or get the whole slab, and cut into rashers of bacon as thick or as thin as you prefer.

Storage Information
- Product will arrive in a vacuum-sealed bag.
- Store in the freezer for up to 6 months.
- To defrost, thaw overnight in the refrigerator and use within 5 days.

A: Our products are shipped out from our warehouse in California. They are shipped out via Overnight delivery and they are packaged with dry ice (for frozen products) or cold gel packs (for fresh meats), in boxed lined with styrofoam. This ensures that the meat is kept properly in transit and guarantees the freshness of the products.
