They’re crafted by one of Australia’s premier names in Wagyu beef, Greg Norman Wagyu, who produces Wagyu from a heritage breed, raised using a special Japanese formulation of grains - emulating the famous Kobe beef from Japan
Wagyu cattle are naturally predisposed to marbling, meaning they develop more of that creamy intramuscular fat that webs across the meat, making these Kobe-style hot dogs much tastier and succulent than any regular ballpark frank.
