The rib eye tends to have a bit more fat than other cuts, but a buffalo rib eye is still impressively lean. High levels of moisture gives this steak cut juiciness to go along with the earthy, beefy flavor and sweetness of grass-fed buffalo meat (always hormone and antibiotic free). Great for grilling, develops a beautiful crust on the lovely red meat. We offer buffalo rib eye steaks in cut-to-order sizes!
